The online stores are available 24/7, 365 days a year. Product deliveries will be made Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Applies to deliveries in the city of Culiacán, Sinaloa.
2. Payment Methods.
Purchases can be charged to your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card.
You can also pay with OXXO PAY. In this case, you will be sent an email with your reference number and payment instructions.
3. Payment by Card.
To purchase with a credit card, the following requirements are required:
• Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
• You must be a credit or debit card holder.
• The credit card must be valid at the time of purchase.
In the "Payment Method" section, the customer must enter their credit card information, as well as the address where they will receive their statement. The bank details provided will be sent to the "Address Verification System" (AVS) validation process; requests declined by the bank will be canceled.
4. Product Delivery (Courier).
SIRIA will deliver orders through prestigious courier companies, allowing us to provide a timely and quality service.
• All shipments will be made via FEDEX.
• Same-day shipments must be made between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm. After 1:00 pm, shipments will be sent the following day via courier. (If the order is placed on Saturday, the package will ship by Monday at 3:00 p.m.).
• Shipping costs $150 for purchases under $1,000 pesos; for purchases over $1,000 pesos, shipping is free. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
5. Documentation upon delivery of the product.
• Present valid government-issued identification (voter's ID, passport, professional ID, photo ID, U.S. passport card).
• Sign a duplicate acknowledgment of receipt, which confirms receipt of the product.
Upon receiving the product, you must verify that:
• The product requested in the order is being received.

• Once the acceptance is signed, no refunds will be issued.
6. Delivery Time.
Delivery time will be 3-5 business days after receiving the purchase receipt, which will be sent by email.
The courier will make 3 delivery attempts; if the customer is not reached within this period, the purchase will be canceled.
7. Order Tracking.
Once the purchase process is complete, you will receive confirmation by email. Additionally, you will receive the purchase receipt at the email address registered with SIRIABOUTIQUE.COM.MX, informing you of the order number and products purchased.
As a customer, you can check the status of your order by selecting "My Account/Order Status" in the Online Store.
8. Billing Cycle.
• Billing begins once the product is delivered.
• The invoice is sent digitally to your email once the order has been paid.
9. Return Policies
• The merchandise to be returned must be in perfect condition and must include tags.
• The sales must not exceed 15 days for the return to be processed.
• Upon receiving an exchange of merchandise, the customer must present their purchase receipt, without exception.
• If the return of the purchase is due to an error by the customer in selecting the wrong size, color, or style, the customer will be responsible for the payment of the new shipment and the return to the SIRIA store.
• No cash refunds will be issued, only for items.
