4. Refund Options:
Returns will be processed only for size exchanges or by issuing a credit to the customer for use with future purchases on our website.
In the case of returns due to product defects, the customer will be offered the option of a product replacement or a refund processed digitally through an e-wallet.

We are committed to processing all returns within a reasonable timeframe once the returned product has been received and successfully passed our quality inspection process.

6. Exceptions:

Returns will also not be accepted for products that have been modified or altered in any way after purchase.
Products purchased at a discount are not eligible for return or refund.
